Macadamia Power Balls

150g Chickpeas (drained)
50g Macadamia
50g Macadamia flour (partially de-oiled)
80g Pitted soft dates
15g Macadamia butter
15ml Macadamia oil
8g Cocoa
15g Cinnamon
0,5g Salt (1 pinch)
Dark chocolate coating and topping of your choice (pistachios, freeze-dried raspberries,...)
Preparation
1. Blend the soft chickpeas without liquid with all other ingredients (except the chocolate coating and toppings) in a high speed blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture should be soft but malleable. Now you can shape them into balls.
2. Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and coat them on all sides. Quickly decorate the balls with ingredients of your choice.
3. Chill until the chocolate has hardened and store the power balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
