Macadamia Shake

Macadamia Protein Shake with Banana and Spices

 

1 ripe banana, chopped and frozen

1 cup macadamia milk*

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 pinch grated vanilla

1 tablespoon macadamia butter

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 pinch cardamom, nutmeg and cloves

1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)

Preparation

Add the frozen banana, macadamia milk, vanilla, macadamia butter and spices in a high-speed blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pour the shake into a chilled glass and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.

Enjoy immediately! Drink it right away.
